ORDER STATUS
You will receive confirmation emails upon receipt of your order.
If you need to change your shipping information or any other part of your order, please email us as soon as possible on orders@radiusbooks.org.
SHIPPING INFO
All items ship from our warehouses in either Santa Fe, New Mexico; Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania; or Jackson, Tennessee.
In-stock orders: your item(s) will ship within 3 business days. If you do not receive a notification of shipment, you may request tracking from orders@radiusbooks.org.
Pre-orders: your item(s) will ship within 2 weeks of the publication’s availability.
Domestic book orders ship via USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground, with 2-10 business days estimated for delivery.
International book orders ship via FedEx International Economy, with 5-15 business days estimated for delivery.
Domestic and international artwork orders ship via FedEx, with 2-15 business days estimated for delivery.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Radius Books is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so there is no sales tax applied.
While we do our best to ensure international orders are delivered without additional fees, local postal services may occasionally impose charges which are beyond our control.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide an exchange or accept a return within 14 days of receipt. Please email us on orders@radiusbooks.org with your details.
